Robert H. Thomas

Robert H. Thomas (LL.M., Columbia Law; J.D., University of Hawaii Law School), a Director with Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert, focuses on appellate law, regulatory takings, and eminent domain. He is a member of Owners’ Counsel of America and is the Managing Attorney for the Pacific Legal Foundation Hawaii Center. Previously, he taught law at the University of Santa Clara. For the fall 2019 semester, he is the Joseph T. Waldo Visiting Chair in Property Rights Law at William & Mary Law School.
