On March 23, the Program in Comparative Legal Studies and Post-Conflict Justice hosted a presentation by David Tolbert, the Jennings Randolph Senior Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace. Tolbert's talk was titled "International Justice: Its Past and Future."
Prior to joining the U.S. Institute of Peace, Tolbert served as Deputy Chief Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia at the Hague and as Special Expert to the Secretary General on United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia.
