January 23 – William & Mary Chancellor Professor of Law Lynda Butler gave the St. George Tucker Lecture titled "The Resilience of Property." Professor Butler is the director of the Property Rights Project and specializes in property law concerning land use and zoning, eminent domain, climate change, and natural resources. Read more.

January 31 – William & Mary Professor of Law Professor Eric Kades gave the St. George Tucker Lecture titled "The New Feudalism," co-sponsored by the Property Rights Project. He is a nationally known scholar in the fields of property rights and economic development. Read more.

2012

March 13 –William & Mary Law School Ball Professor of Law and Cabell Research Professor Alan J. Meese gave the St. George Tucker Lecture titled "Competition Policy and the New Deal: Lessons Learned and a New Way Forward." Professor Meese specialized in antitrust law and issues concerning the potical economy.

2011

March 14 – Professor Tom Merrill of Columbia Law School gave a lecture titled "The Property Strategy," sponsored the Property Rights Project. He is the Charles Evans Hughes Professor of Law at Columbia and specializes in property, environmental, and eminent domain issues.
