Frederick R. Gerson is a partner in the law firm of Robinson & Gerson, P.C., in Richmond, Virginia. Fred’s primary area of practice is litigation, especially in the areas of construction, commercial and real estate litigation. Fred has represented general contractors, subcontractors and owners in a variety of engineering/construction related disputes. Fred has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation. Fred is also experienced in administrative law and currently serves as a hearing officer on appointment by the Supreme Court of Virginia. In addition, Fred serves on the adjunct faculty of T.C. Williams School of Law. Fred is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Virginia and has represented clients and consulted on cases in all stages of federal and state post-conviction proceedings.
