Madrid Summer Law Program Costs for 2010
These fees reflect our traditional objective of offering the highest quality program at the most reasonable price possible to provide all interested students the opportunity to participate.
Program Registration Fee: $125 non-refundable
Tuition: $3,900 for up to six credits; includes most course materials
Room and Board: $2,200 air-conditioned single room; includes most meals

If you seek financial aid, you must apply for educational loans through your home institution. Because of substantial processing time, you are advised to secure information and begin the process as soon as possible.
Payment Schedule
$425 with application - $125 Registration Fee (non-refundable) and $300 Room & Board Deposit.
April 16, 2009 - due date for Tuition and balance of Room & Board. Payment must be received by the International Programs Office on or before this date, unless other arrangements have been made.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing (letter, fax, or email) to the International Programs Office by the indicated dates.
Prior to April 30, 2010: All room & board and tuition payments are fully refundable.
Room & Board: From May 1 - May 31, your room & board payment is refundable, less the $300 deposit; from June 1 to commencement date of the program, only 50% of the total room & board charge can be refunded.
Tuition: From May 1 to commencement date of the program, tuition is refundable, less a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds can be made once the program has begun.
It is the policy of William & Mary Law School not to cancel summer abroad programs and it has never done so. If this program must be canceled for reasons beyond the control of William & Mary, all payments will be refunded within 20 days and the International Programs Office will make every effort to assist the student with enrollment in another program.
