His Own Words

"The Black Law Students Association chapter at the law school was the icing on the cake that allowed me to make my final decision on where to attend law school.  The academic support of the law school along with the support of BLSA really helped with my transition.  Today, I am not only an active member of the local chapter but I am a member of the National Board of BLSA.  The opportunities are limitless."

"There is such a rich military history here in the commonwealth of Virginia. The law school recognizes that military professionals bring a unique perspective of world affairs to the classroom.  Many of my classmates have approached me about my war time experience and shared their views.  There is also a great camaraderie between the various branches, but they all know the Army is the best!"
