Please join us for the sixth annual Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference on October 16th and 17th.  The Sixth annual conference will be held October 16-17, 2009.   Professor Emeritus Richard Edgar Pipes of Harvard University will be honored with the 2009 Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Prize. Pipes taught at Harvard University from 1950 until his retirement in 1996.
