Professor Larsen Receives Tenure
The university's Board of Visitors has conferred tenure on Professor Allison Orr Larsen and promoted her from associate professor of law to professor of law. Learn more.
U.S. Senator Tim Kaine to Give Commencement Address
U.S. Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia will deliver the commencement address at our graduation ceremony on May 15 at Lake Matoaka Amphitheater. Learn more.
Gum '16 Among National Jurist's Law Students of the Year 
3L Kaylee R. Gum, a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force Reserves, was named one of National Jurist's Law Students of the Year. Gum will serve as an Air Force Judge Advocate after graduation. Learn more.
Property Rights Project to Honor Peruvian Economist Hernando de Soto in October 
The Project will honor de Soto with the 2016 Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Prize at the project's 13th annual symposium to be held in October in The Hague. Learn more.
