Children at an orphanage in Uganda have fun with school supplies given to them by Bunch '06 and Smith '06 who visited with them in 2008 while on a trip to Buwasa, site of the first school built by Global Playground.

A child helps lay the foundation for the school in Buwasa which was built with funds from Global Playground. Formal classes are scheduled to begin in fall 2008. About 300 children from six villages are expected to enroll.
