Wellness Resources

Mindful Mondays & Wellness Wednesdays
Schedule of Events

The Dean's Office, SBA and Lawyers Helping Lawyers is proud to announce this new initiative in 2018.  Join us each week for Mindful Monday and Wellness Wednesday for a variety of activities to help decrease stress, enhance focus and come together as a community!  Pre-registration is required as space is limited for certain activities.  Please write down your sessions as reminders will not always be sent.

As a reminder, the Dean’s Office has arranged for Dr. Judith Johnson, whom many of you may know from her work with the Puller Clinic, to spend five hours weekly working with law students by appointment for wellness coaching. This is not meant to replace the counseling center services on main campus, but to complement them in an on-site location. To set an appointment, contact  Dr. Johnson (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) at jljohnson02@wm.eduAppointments will start on Friday, February 2, 2018 and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Wellness Walks to the Capitol  - Join different departments each walk (Dean's Office, OCS, ODAA, etc.) as we step into spring right by stepping up your physical activity and mental attitude – literally!
