Rashmi Dyal-Chand
Rashmi Dyal-Chand teaches and writes about property, poverty, local economic development, and consumer law. She is the author of Collaborative Capitalism in American Cities: Reforming Urban Market Regulations (Cambridge, 2018) and a coeditor of Legal Scholarship for the Urban Core: From the Ground Up (Cambridge, 2019). Her law practice included serving as associate general counsel for The Community Builders, a nonprofit affordable housing developer.
