Christina Martin is a Pacific Legal Foundation Attorney. PLF litigates nationwide on behalf of Americans to secure their constitutional rights. Her work focuses primarily on protecting property rights. This fall Ms. Martin is co-counsel and second chair in Knick v. Township of Scott; in Knick, the U.S. Supreme Court will consider abandoning Williamson County’s state litigation requirement.
