Laura S. Underkuffler
Laura S. Underkuffler is J. DuPratt White Professor of Law, Cornell Law School. She has published widely in the United States and abroad in the fields of property law, property theory, constitutional law, regime change, and the role of moral decision-making in law. She is the author of the book The Idea of Property: Its Meaning and Power.
