2018 International Workshop
CLCT is pleased to announce a focused international workshop scheduled for Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 2018, to discuss the legal issues that arise from the use of AI, the Internet of Things, associated technologies, and their interconnectedness. The aim of this working international workshop with experts from the US, Canada, and the EU is to share knowledge and articulate the new problems lurking behind the convergence of AI, IoT, blockchain, and related technologies.
The workshop will be held in the iconic McGlothlin Courtroom, at William & Mary Law School, 613 South Henry Street, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185.
The analysis focuses on the innovative and unexpected legal issues and is arranged in three specific work streams:
- Big Data, Deep-Learning
and AI, and the Law; - The Internet of Things; and
- Blockchain.
