2020 Supreme Court Preview

FRIDAY, 9/11

Schedule of Events

This year's Preview will be different from years past due to COVID-19. We will be sending out invitations in early August with a registration link to prior panelists, participants, and registrants. If you would like to virtually attend the event and do not receive an invitation by mid-August, please email Ali Trivette at mtrivette@wm.edu

This year's preview will cover a variety of themes including the Supreme Court and the 2020 Election, the Shadow Docket, John Roberts, and the Future of the Supreme Court. The preview will begin with a moot court of California v. Texas (ACA Case) on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 4pm, and will be followed by panels in the evening and on Saturday afternoon.  The entire event will be over an online platform for the health and safety of all those involved in the Preview. We hope to still offer quality content through our distinguished panelists and the topics we will be covering.

The Preview has historically been approved for 5 - 6 CLE credits. Although CLE credit will not be given this year, the Preview will be free to attend for those who register.
