Shaïna Salman currently serves as a Legal Counsel for the African Legal Support Facility hosted by the African Development Bank. The institution focuses on assisting African governments attain the best terms in the negotiation of complex commercial transactions particularly in energy and mining in addition to assisting in vulture fund litigation and creating knowledge management products.
Previously, Shaïna served as a J. William Fulbright -Hilary R. Clinton Public Policy Fellow at the Ministry of Justice of Côte d'Ivoire and at the International Center for Transitional Justice. Shaïna graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2016. She attended Georgia State University where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012 with a B.A. in International Economics and Modern Languages.
