Fahimeh Manjili (Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation)

I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011 with a B.A. in political science and a minor in religious studies. I worked for the Ministry of Education in Chile through the United Nations Development Programme before applying to William & Mary. I’m currently a 1L and I’m interested in pursuing a career in international human rights and development.

I will be interning with the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR) in Cape Town, South Africa. I will be working primarily with CSVR’s Transitional Justice Programme, in their efforts to promote peace and a human rights culture not only in South Africa, but also on the continent and internationally.
