Joelle E.K. Laszlo is the Assistant General Counsel at Vencore, Inc., a leading provider of information solutions, engineering, and analytics to the U.S. Government. Joelle provides legal guidance to support all aspects of the business, with a focus on ensuring compliance with Federal procurement processes and procedures, teaming and subcontracting conditions and obligations, and operational and contract performance requirements.
Joelle is a 1999 graduate of Yale University, and received her JD from William & Mary School of Law in 2009. Before joining Vencore, she advised U.S. and multinational clients in government contracts and export compliance as an associate in Reed Smith LLP’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group in Washington, DC.
Joelle has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Puller Veterans Benefits Clinic since 2015, and became its Co-Chair in 2016. Her other notable pro bono work is serving as the registered agent and legal advisor to The Espwa Foundation, a Virginia grassroots non-profit dedicated to empowering Haitians to overcome poverty.
