Maureen E. (Molly) Brady is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Virginia. She writes about property, land use, state constitutions, and legal history. She holds an A.B. from Harvard and a J.D. and Ph.D. from Yale. Before teaching, she was a law clerk to Judge Bruce M. Selya and an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP.
