John Echeverria is a Professor of Law at Vermont Law School where he teaches property, water resources, federal courts, and other topics. He has represented state and local governments, environmental organizations, and planning groups in takings cases at all levels of the federal and state court systems. Professor Echeverria received a J.D. degree from the Yale Law School.
