Timothy M. Mulvaney is a Professor of Law and the Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development at Texas A&M University School of Law. He writes and teaches in the areas of property, land use, and environmental law. His recent publications appear in the flagship journals at Boston College, Wisconsin, and George Mason, and the environmental journals at Harvard, UC-Berkeley, and UC-Davis. In addition to his appointment at the law school, he has faculty affiliations in Texas A&M’s College of Architecture and College of Geosciences.
