A graduate of Pepperdine University and UCLA School of Law, Professor Saxer teaches and writes about property, land use, environmental, water, and ecological resilience and sustainability. Saxer is a co-author of Contemporary Property, West (5th ed. Medill, Nelson, & Whitman 2019). She is also a co-author of Socio-Ecological Resilience and Sustainability, Wolters Kluwer (1st ed. Rosenbloom 2018) and Land Use, West (7th ed. Callies & Freilich 2017).
