Artificial Intelligence Ethics and Democracy: Futureproofing 2076
William & Mary (W&M) recently released a strategic plan and identified Data and Democracy as two of the core pillars in Vision 2026. On August 18, 2023, we are excited to host a policy workshop on AI governance, “AI & Democracy: Futureproofing 2076.” Together with W&M Law School’s Digital Democracy Lab, W&M's Global Research Institute, W&M Data Science, and the W&M Democracy Initiative, we are pleased to cohost this event with the Center for Democracy and Technology and PILOT Lab at Penn State Law/School of Engineering. It will be held at the W&M Washington Center located at 901 4th Street, NW, in Washington, D.C.
