Background
Scott is a 2010 graduate from Radford University with a B.S. in Political Science and a first year law student at William & Mary Law School. This summer he will be interning for the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) in Kathmandu, Nepal. International IDEA is an intergovernmental organization that supports sustainable democracy through providing comparative knowledge, assisting in democratic reform, and influencing policies and politics. Their primary goals in Nepal consist of assisting in negotiating, writing, and implementing the new constitution, as well as supporting reforms in election management.
