Kristin Brandt (Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice)
I graduated from Cornell University in 2012 with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and was a member the varsity Track and Field Team. While at Cornell University I became interest in the issues of international human rights and focused a part of my studies on the relationship of psychology and genocide. I traveled to Costa Rica and Honduras to volunteer in those countries.
I am extremely excited to work with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice in Ghana this summer. I look forward to gaining experience in investigating human rights violations, researching violations that occur throughout the country, and working with local officials in the prevention of human rights violations.
