About
Amanda graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, where she majored in Political Science. During her time as an undergraduate, she studied abroad in the Middle East and Europe. After graduating, she worked for a year at a small family law firm in Santa Barbara before coming to Virginia to join the William & Mary Law Class of 2016.
This summer, Amanda will be working for East West Management Institute in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on the Collaborative Governance Program. The Collaborative Governance Program, funded by USAID, is a five-year project that works to foster effective collaboration between civil society and the Government of Kyrgyzstan to deliver social services to citizens, resulting in a more responsible and accountable government, as well as a more credible and sustainable civil society.
