Pemë Llokum- Plum Tree
This week has flown by. The highlight was definitely having our friend Joe from the UN pick us up after the USA v. Germany match and take us to a hotel that also moonlights as a restaurant. This place was amazing, all outside lights and "magical" ambiance.
Apparently when the plums ripen you can just pick them off the trees and eat them while you wait for dinner. All courtsey of the amazing staff and kitchen at this place. So as you can see, there is quiet life potential in Kosovo. You just have to have some amazing friends who are willing to go the extra mile so that you can have fantastic adventures. Also shout out to Nico and Joe for knowing all the words to "Our Song" by Taylor Swift.
