About
Currently a rising 2L, James Damon worked as a marketing intern at a Shanghai newspaper prior to attending William & Mary Law School. He also spent two years working for the Japanese government in a small fishing village in southern Japan. He is passionate about disability rights and is equally passionate about Chinese food. His hobbies include learning new languages, traveling, and drawing.
James will be working at Zicheng Public Interest Law Firm in Beijing this summer. While in Beijing, James will be researching pro-bono initiatives in both China in America, and will assist Zicheng in finding new ways for Chinese lawyers to engage in public service. In addition to working at Zicheng, James hopes to bide his time in Beijing eating innumerable noodles and learning to cook the world's best Mapo Tofu.
