John Palenski is a 2010 graduate of the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in German Studies and in Government. Before coming to law school, John taught English for two years at the Ricarda-Huch-Gymnasium in Hagen, Germany. Last summer John worked for People Against Suffering Oppression and Poverty (PASSOP) in Cape Town, South Africa. He will be interning at the Essen district court (Landgericht Essen) in Essen, Germany this summer. John hopes to pursue a career in international law focusing on Human Rights.
