Beth Pindilli

About

Beth Pindilli is originally from Westfield, New Jersey. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, double majoring in History and Political Science and receiving a certificate in American Sign Language. While at Pitt she wrote her History thesis on the Baltic Revolution and worked as a research assistant editing the Journal of Baltic Studies. Her primary experience revolves around environmental advocacy, she ran a canvass office and worked for Pitt's Facilities Management Department as a sustainability intern and worked closely with Pittsburghs activist community.  

Beth will be spending her summer with the Vilnius Institute for Advanced Studies in Lithuania. VILIAS is an independent community of researchers working to further social sciences and humanities. VILIAS transcends boarders to to develop ideas of value to better life of individuals and society.
