Emma McCarthy
About
Emma McCarthy is originally from Dublin, Ohio. She received a BA in Political Science from Saint Mary's College and an Interdisciplinary Minor in Peace Studies from the Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame. She came directly to Law School after completing her undergraduate degree.This summer Emma will be working with the International Division of the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) in Arlington, Virginia. NCSC is a non-profit organization that provides technical assistance, training, and technology to advance justice in the United States and around the world. The International Programs Division works with donor agencies, host-governments, and civil society to promote judicial independence and access to justice.
