Kelsey McNeill

About

Kelsey McNeill is originally from Nashville, Tennessee. She received her B.A. from Indiana University as a Journalism and Fine Arts double major. She also received her M.S.Ed. from Indiana University in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Prior to law school, Kelsey worked for various universities in campus housing and student conduct, advancing the retention and development of first-year college students.

Kelsey will spend the summer working for the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative Institute in Prague, Czech Republic. CEELI is an international, independent, not-for-profit educational entity dedicated to advancing the rule of law by supporting the law reform process in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Through training programs and judicial support, CEELI works to reform countries and assist in their transition to support fair, transparent, and effective judicial systems, strengthen democratic institutions, build respect for human rights, and promote the continuing development of market economies.
