Sarah Peck is a 1L at William & Mary Law School. She graduated magna cum laude with a dual major in Economics and International Studies from Utah State University. During her time as an undergraduate, she studied abroad on three continents, visiting and doing research in 8 countries. Notable exploits in Sarah’s travels have included Europe to study economic practices of the EU, Cambodia to study the genocidal aftermath of the late 1900’s, and the Dominican Republic on an 18 month service mission. Last summer Sarah worked as an intern for the Regional Studies Center in Armenia and Georgia, where she conducted research on Russia and western relations which she presented to the Northeastern Political Science Conference in Boston. In April 2016, at the invitation of CIA Assistant Director Matt Berrett, Sarah was invited to CIA headquarters to share her research on the Nuer Tribe of South Sudan. In her spare time, she has volunteered as a fair-trade advocate, started a club for refugee service and awareness, and helped complete citizenship papers for immigrants.
