Rachel Morley
About
Rachel Morley is most recently (and proudly) from the smallest state in the union. She attended Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, OH, and obtained degrees in International Studies and Spanish with a minor in Religion. While pursuing her degree, she spent a semester abroad in Salamanca, Spain in an immersion program. One semester abroad was not enough for her, so she spent the following semester in Washington, D.C. interning for Senator Jack Reed and taking independent study courses. Following her graduation, Rachel travelled and worked for a year before moving to Williamsburg. When not in the library, you can find her hiking, or at the farmers market with her pup, Bennie.
Rachel will be spending the summer exploring her interests in international law and regional development at the Center for Legal Aid and Regional Development in Pristina, Kosovo. As a legal intern, she will be working together with CLARD and their regional partners on various projects to provide legal aid and develop a rule of law for one of the world's newest countries. Rachel is particularly interested in exploring the role of Kosovar law in the development of the country, and its domestic and international impacts.
