More lessons on hearsay and presumption, but with an unexpected conversation about a case in the Tibetan courts.
The Commission and I met to discuss the hearsay rules and discover what can really be admitted under the hearsay exceptions.
Thankfully, after week one, I was able to make meaningful contact with the SJC and start diving into the meanings of the Rules.
