William & Mary ignited my interest in international law. There, I was able to take courses such as International Business Transactions, Maritime Law, and International Criminal Law, as well as participate in elective language classes, all of which have been useful to me in practice.

Nichole Alling Wilbers is an Attorney at Law at the German law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. She currently works in the firm's Dusseldorf office as a member of the International Arbitration practice group.
After graduating from law school in 2010, Ms. Wilbers participated in the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program, a fellowship that took her to Germany for a year. Over the course of that year, Nichole took business law classes and worked part time at both Bucerius Law School and at the Hamburg office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Upon returning to the United States from Germany in 2011, she practiced at Saul Ewing LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, where she worked for two years as a litigation associate focused on higher education and business law. Ms. Wilbers then returned to Germany and to Heuking in early 2014.
While in law school, Nichole was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review. She also took various international law classes, including International Business Transactions, Maritime Law, and International Criminal Law. Nichole graduated in 2010.
