Commissioners set damages to residue at $4,700, but awarded $0 for the take. Court knew parties had previously agreed on a value for the take, and wanted to amend the commissioners’ report to reflect the agreed value. Court was satisfied it had the discretion to correct the take compensation without ordering a new trial for both issues, and so amended the report to reflect the agreed take amount.
