Trs. of the Christ & St. Luke’s Episcopal Church v. Bd. of Zoning Appeals

Supreme Court of Virginia
273 Va. 375, 641 S.E.2d 104

Board of zoning appeals found that two lots owned by a church and separated by a fifty-foot wide public street were not “adjacent.” Circuit court upheld the decision.  Supreme Court affirmed, as the properties were not adjacent for the purposes of defining zoning lots.
