Corporation filed petition for condemnation and application for entry to construct and install natural gas pipeline over landowner’s property. The pipeline was to be located within an existing electrical transmission line easement. Corporation sought immediate entry pursuant to Va. Code § 25.1-223. Court found emergency existed due to interruptions of service to hospitals and a power plant, and allowed early entry on to the properties.
