Summer 2023 Employment
For the summer of 2023, I worked as an intern with the Chesapeake City Attorney's office. I conducted legal research and drafted multiple research memos as well as helped draft pleadings and attend client meetings, city council meetings, and planning commission meetings.

Why William & Mary?
I decided to study law because I wanted a career that was not only challenging, but also versatile. I love the fact that lawyers, unlike doctors, for example, can practice in many areas of the law instead of just choosing one practice as a specialty. I actually decided to attend William & Mary Law after going on a tour with two Student Admissions Ambassadors. I toured another law school, but only William & Mary stood out to me as a truly, inclusive community.

How would others describe me?
My friends would probably say: funny, kind, and a total dog mom.
