Summer 2023 Employment
I worked at New York Legal Assistance Group in their Immigrant Protection Unit. I worked under two teams, one did removal defense cases and the other worked on affirmative immigration cases. I ended up getting experience working with clients on asylum, SIJS, TPS, adjustment of status, and naturalization cases. Overall, I loved my summer experience and would be happy to talk more about it!

Why W&M Law?
I decided to come to law school because I knew I wanted to be an advocate for underrepresented communities. I chose to attend William & Mary because of the tight knit community built around the ideals of being a citizen lawyer. I also wanted a chance to participate in the PELE Special Education Clinic!

How would others describe me?
Funny, hilarious, non-stop-rollercoaster-of-laughs
