Why W&M Law?
I first considered William & Mary Law because I wanted to work in the environmental policy field, and W&M’s environmental law program seemed like a perfect fit. I also preferred a small town setting (but not too small), close proximity to D.C., and a collegial student body. However, the single most important factor that made me choose W&M was the connections I made with the other admitted students.

How would you describe the W&M Law community?
Supportive, collegial, and laid-back (for a law school). Faculty members make themselves available and truly want you to succeed.

If you are not in class or studying, where might we find you?
I might be on the mat at Jiu-jitsu, walking around Colonial Williamsburg, or at a baseball game in Richmond or Norfolk.

A fun fact about me
Before law school, I was working as a diver (cleaning boats) in Florida. I also worked briefly as a security guard at Colonial Williamsburg. I can neither confirm nor deny that CW is haunted.
