Civil Legal Assistance Attorney Student Loan Repayment Program (CLAAP) Equal Justice Works has published a website providing information on this new Department of Education loan repayment assistance program which will award funds on a first-come, first-served basis. According to EJW the new program "will repay a portion of eligible federal student loan debt for civil legal assistance attorneys who are employed full-time." Applications are due Aug. 16, 2010.
