Memorial Gifts to Honor Dean Lizbeth A.S Jackson

In memory of Dean Lizbeth A.S. Jackson, who passed away on February 27, the Law School is accepting donations for a lighted flagpole and patio area to be located outside the entrance to the Law School’s Hixon Center. Despite the Law School’s longstanding commitment to service members and veterans, it does not have an exterior area where the flag can be displayed, something she worked on designing before her death. This patriotic tribute will honor Dean Jackson and those who served our country, including her father and husband.

A memorial service for Dean Jackson will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, at the Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, 215 Richmond Road.
