Summer Public Service Fellowships 2020

For Summer 2020, 99 William & Mary law students received public service fellowships totaling $172,650.  Students will assisted 85 organizations in 18 states, the District of Columbia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Kosovo, Malaysia, Netherlands, South Africa, and Switzerland.

Due to COVID-19, most or all students provided remote assistance.

Vital donations from alumni, faculty, staff, students, employers interviewing on campus, and friends of the Law School made these results possible. So did the extremely hard work of the student Public Service Fund. Generous grants from the Virginia Law Foundation and the Virginia State Bar’s Criminal Law Section also provided meaningful support.
