William & Mary Law Week 2021

And the 2021-2022 academic year begins at W&M Law!

With masks worn indoors at all times to ensure the safety of the Law Community, we kicked off Law Week for the 1L Class of 2024 and LL.M. Class of 2022 on Monday, August 16, with Dean Ben Spencer welcoming everyone at the Williamsburg Theatre. Students returned to the Law School for a reception with Dean Spencer and afternoon intro classes and tours of the building. Thursday evening, students toured Colonial Williamsburg and the historic Wren Building on William & Mary’s main campus.

We also welcomed the 2L Class of 2023 on Friday and Saturday, with reorientation sessions following their 1L year held remotely from the Law School. A barbecue was also held in front of the building, and on Monday, August 23, classes officially began.
