The 38th annual Supreme Court Preview was held on September 19-20 at William & Mary Law School. Sponsored by the Law School’s Institute of Bill of Rights Law (IBRL), the Preview convenes judges, scholars, advocates, and journalists to discuss the Supreme Court’s upcoming term. The Preview began with a moot court of a pending Supreme Court case on Friday, September 19 featuring seasoned appellate advocates and a panel of appellate judges and nationally renowned journalists.
