Christopher Caracci
Executive Director of The Williamsburg Institute
Prof. Caracci holds positions on the faculties of both William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business (graduate programs) and Cornell University (executive education). Leveraging his remarkable 32-year tenure with The Walt Disney Company, he offers insights into values-centric leadership competencies, service-centric operational processes, global competitive strategy, and organizational behavior. In addition, Prof. Caracci is the Executive Director of The Williamsburg Institute, a unique collaboration between The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and William & Mary, aimed at educating and preparing individuals for effective and empowered leadership in their organizations and communities while promoting active civic engagement.
The Institute draws upon the rich history of Williamsburg, Virginia, the birthplace of American representative government, and provides learners with a deep understanding of the foundational leadership principles of the nation and their contemporary application. Prof. Caracci holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College (Florida) and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies (M.A.) from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).
