Joseph P. Moan was an Associate General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and manages the Ethics and Compliance, International Trade Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Data Privacy, Employment and Labor, Benefits and Immigration teams.

Mr. Moan has significant experience with a wide variety of legal matters, including class action litigation, proactive employment counseling, diversity matters and data privacy. He has worked and practiced law in Texas, New York, Georgia.
Mr. Moan received his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the Virginia Military Institute and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary.
Mr. Moan has served a total of 26 years in active and reserve components of both the United States Army, Field Artillery and Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps and retired in 2007 at the rank of Colonel.
