Welcome to the William B. Spong, Jr. Moot Court Tournament webpage. This year's tournament will be held February 5-6, 2027, at William & Mary Law School.

Problem and Rules

The 2027 Tournament Problem will drop December 15.

The 2027 Tournament Problem Rules will drop December 1. The tournament rules are subject to change according to the procedure outlined in Part V of the rules.

Tournament Judging

The William & Mary Law School Moot Court Board invites practitioners and moot court alumni to judge the oral arguments of the 55th Annual William B. Spong Jr. Moot Court Tournament on Friday, February 5th, and Saturday, February 6th, 2027, at William & Mary Law School.

The Spong Tournament online judge's registration form is open.
